You will be working for a leading facility and building maintenance service provider in the Wembley area. They are an established company with an impressive portfolio of corporate clients across several sectors. Having recently won some new contracts across London, they are now in the process of growing their team to account for their success.
Job
A Maintenance Supervisor is required to join an established contract in the Wembley area. The successful candidate will be joining a great team, providing planned and reactive maintenance to a modern, multi-tenanted building and over-seeing 3 engineers (both mechanical and electrical). Reporting directly to the Contract Manager, you will work to provide a first-class service to the client and ensure the smooth running of the building, meeting KPI’s and SLA’s.
Monday to Friday – 8am to 5pm
Accountabilities:
- Implementing planned maintenance schedules.
- Reactive maintenance.
- Supervising 3 multi-skilled engineers for all maintenance requirements. Organise work schedules.
- Building a working relationship with an established requirement, going the extra mile and ensuring any problems are addressed properly and as fast as possible.
- Ensuring KPI’s are met by the team in order to achieve success with all service level agreements.
Experience and Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar supervisory position.
- Preferably electrically biased.
- City & Guilds NVQ Level 3 Apprenticeship.
- 17th/18th Edition
- Client facing attitude.
