A Maintenance Supervisor is required on to oversee a fire alarm upgrade in Brighton for 2 months from Monday 21st of February.
This is a night’s role (22:00 – 06:30), 5 days per week.
You will be overseeing a team of 4 specialist sub-contractors, ensuring that the company’s procedures and processes are being followed and the works are being completed on time and in line with KPI’s and SLA’s.

The client is a leading global service provider of facilities and building maintenance. They work with blue-chip clients in all kinds of environments over the UK, employing thousands of temporary and permanent employees.
Accountabilities:
- Supervision of specialist subcontractors for duration of project.
- Ensure health & safety and compliance guidelines are being followed.
- Completing and implementing RAMS
Experience and Requirements
- Supervisory/Lead Engineer experience (3 years).
- Relevant mechanical or electrical qualifications.
- Experience with fire alarm systems maintenance/upgrades is a bonus bus not required.
