Job Title: M&E Bid Director
Salary: £80,000 – £100,000
Location: Regional (Central London & surrounding home counties)

My client is a leading M&E contractor, based in Central & South London. Established in the mid 1990’s, the business has delivered complete M&E solutions to several Tier 1 blue chip clients such as Mace, Multiplex & Lend Lease to name a few. They pride themselves on providing an unparalleled level of service and partnered approach, highlighted through client retention.
The business now required a Bid Director/ Business Development Manager, based between home & office. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Bid Director/ BDM to join a market leading M&E contractor, while gaining exposure across several landmark developments.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing the entire bid process.
- Working closely departmental heads, to improve productivity & profitability.
- Actively build relationships and liaise with high end clients.
- Leading project/ planning/ preconstruction & tender team meetings.
- Team resource management and timely project delivery.
Remuneration Package
- A highly competitive basic salary (dependent on previous experience/ track record).
