Job Title: BIM Technician
Salary: Negotiable dependent on experience

My client is a leading M&E contractor with circa 25 years’ experience across the building services/ infrastructure industry. Since inception, the business has developed a successful track record for delivering high level engineering/ construction works across the UK & Europe. They pride themselves on providing an honest, transparent & dependable service to many leading Tier 1 contractors/ end users. Due to strong company growth, they now have an imminent requirement for a BIM Technician. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced BIM Technician/ Coordinator to further progress their career, while working on flagship projects across Europe.
Responsibilities/ Skills & Experience
- Liaise with the operational/ project team, to consistently produce coordination drawings
- Have to ability to manage the BIM process from schematic design through to “as built”
- Contribute to ongoing BIM processes
- Attend project design/ BIM meetings
- Prepare relevant construction drawings in accordance with project specification/ timescales
- Manage the handover of built models & drawings to the construction/ client.
