Role: M&E BIM Technician
Salary: Negotiable (Dependent on previous track record/ experience)

My client is a leading mechanical & electrical contractor, with a strong presence across the UK & Europe. The business is well renowned for providing cutting edge M&E engineering solutions to the commercial, pharmaceutical/ healthcare, data centre, infrastructure & civil sectors.
Due to strong/ consistent business growth, they are now seeking a MEP BIM Technician, based in head office. Reporting to the group BIM Manager, this is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced BIM Technician to join a hardworking & dynamic team, with a supporting/ championing culture.
Responsibilities/ Skills & Experience
- Work closely with the lead BIM coordinator & liaise with subcontractors.
- Attend site coordination meetings.
- Manage/ amend the master MEP model.
- Produce weekly clash detection updates/ reports (Utilising programmes such as Revit & Navisworks).
- Produce coordinated builder works drawings/ services (2D)
