Job Title: M&E CAD Coordinator

Company Description
My client is a privately owned electrical, mechanical & public health engineering services contractor, who have been in business for over 10 years. The company has achieved consistent year on year growth, with an annual T/O in the region of £35 million. They currently work in conjunction with most of the major UK construction companies across the residential, commercial, healthcare & hotel sectors. The firm provide a full turnkey solution & they have the capability to offer services on a D&B and traditional basis.
Due to multiple successful tenders they currently have an opening for a M&E CAD Coordinator. The successful candidate will join an exciting and dynamic team while working on a variety of projects.
Responsibilities/ Skills & Experience
Should you be successful in your application, you will be responsible for the following:
- Assisting the drawing office with day to day drawing while using Revit MEP, AutoCAD, fabrication software, Navisworks & MS Office.
- Working on multiple MEP projects from early inception stages through to completion/ handover.
- It is imperative that the individual has the capability to work with information provided, as well as interrogating specifications/ schedules & technical submittals.
- Applicants must be able to work individually & as part of a team.
- Ideally the individual should have a minimum of 3 years’ experience working in a building services coordination
