Job Title: M&E CAD Technician
Salary: £25,000 – £35,000 basic salary (Plus additional company benefits)

A market leading mechanical & electrical building services contractor, located in the heart of London are currently recruiting a M&E CAD Technician. Since launching, the business has continuously delivered full turnkey projects across the commercial office, hotel/ leisure, high end residential and healthcare/ life science sectors.
Due to experiencing an exciting period of growth, the business now has an upcoming vacancy for a M&E CAD Technician. This job role presents a fantastic career opportunity for a dynamic, personable and career driven M&E CAD Technician/ CAD Draughtsman, who is keen to join a rapidly expanding business offering outlined career progression and growth.
Responsibilities/ Skills & Experience
- Creating working, record and set up drawings.
- Producing 2D drawings and 3D models, using AutoCAD.
- Creating electrical as built drawings from initial site survey.
- Coordinating electrical drawing production in line with project programme.
- Ensure produced drawings are delivered to a high quality/ efficiency.
