Job Title: M&E Commissioning Manager
Day Rate: £300 – £350 per day

Due to extraordinary business growth, the business has an immediate requirement for a M&E Commissioning Manager, with reference to an upcoming project located in the Cambridge area. Responsibilities/ Skills & Experience
- Managing the complete commissioning process from initial concept through to completion/ aftercare.
- Overseeing the commissioning, testing & witnessing of building services installation according to specification.
- Liaise closely with contractors/ supply chain, ensuring project compliance.
- Developing commissioning strategies & plans.
- Providing handover/ post practical completion support.
- Managing/ completing required documentation & progress reporting.
