Title: M&E Construction Manager
Salary: £65,000 – £75,000 (Including additional company benefits)

We are recruiting for an M&E Construction Manager on behalf of a renowned Mechanical & Electrical Building Services Contractor, a leader in providing full design and installation services across diverse sectors, including commercial, retail, and residential builds across London. This opportunity is to play a crucial role managing a significant framework of projects in West London as part of a new commercial development.
With a track record of delivering high-profile, large-scale projects across the UK, our client is in an exciting growth phase and now seeks an M&E Construction Manager to oversee and manage a variety of works, ranging from retail spaces to commercial offices. This role presents a fantastic opportunity for an M&E Construction Manager from either a mechanical or electrical background to be a key player in shaping landmark developments and working on some of the most prestigious projects in the region.
Responsibilities/Skills & Experience:
- Attend regular project meetings with the Project Management team to ensure smooth project delivery
- Collaborate with surveyors, architects, and engineers to confirm and finalize design plans
- Oversee construction activities, ensuring they are executed according to time, budget, and quality standards
- Procure building materials and manage equipment logistics
- Ensure projects adhere to construction schedules and budget constraints
- Develop and manage relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Act as the key liaison with clients, providing updates and ensuring client satisfaction
- Prepare and present weekly and monthly project plans and forecasts to clients and senior management
Remuneration Package:
- Competitive basic salary of £65,000 – £75,000 (dependent on experience)
