Job Description: M&E Contracts Manager
Salary: £80,000 – £110,000 per annum

Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced M&E Contracts Manager to oversee the contract management of a residential new build and a commercial office fit-out in Central London. This role offers the opportunity for career progression, with potential advancement to Operations Manager or Project Director. Experience with Tier 1 M&E Contractors and a demonstrated history of longevity in previous roles is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Contract Management:
- Oversee all aspects of contract management for both residential and commercial fit-out projects.
- Ensure that all contractual obligations are met, monitoring project timelines, costs, and quality standards.
- Manage contract negotiations and variations, ensuring the financial and operational success of each project.
Project Leadership:
- Lead project teams and coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
- Provide strategic direction and decision-making for the project, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
- Conduct regular reviews of project progress and performance, implementing corrective actions where necessary.
Client and Stakeholder Engagement:
- Maintain strong communication with clients, addressing any concerns and ensuring their satisfaction with project delivery.
- Represent the company at project meetings and ensure that stakeholder requirements are fully understood and met.
Progression Opportunities:

Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven experience as an M&E Contracts Manager within Tier 1 M&E contracting.
- Strong understanding of both residential new builds and commercial office fit-outs.

- Experience in managing large-scale projects and leading diverse teams.
- Relevant qualifications in mechanical or electrical engineering are preferred.
