Job Title: M&E Design Manager
Salary: £60,000 – £65,000 basic salary (Plus additional company benefits)

One of the UK’s leading M&E contractors are currently recruiting a Mechanical Project Manager, to be based between London and surrounding home counties. The business has a fantastic reputation for delivering extremely high quality of service across the commercial, education, healthcare, hotel/ leisure and residential sectors. They pride themselves on providing a “complete MEP solution” from initial feasibility studies through to construction completion/ aftercare.
Following a period of continued business growth, the business is now hiring a M&E Design Manager. This is a fantastic career opportunity for a career driven Mechanical Design Engineer/ M&E Design Engineer, who is keen to further their career while working with a cutting-edge building services contractor.
Responsibilities/ Skills & Experience
- Overseeing multiple design & build contracts of a varying nature.
- Liaise and lead design consultants and contractors, while evaluating all project related design decisions.
- Manage the design brief process and support operational teams in implementing technical solutions.
- Manage the lifecycle design process (RIBA stage 2 – stage 5+).
- Review construction issue drawings and other relevant design/ documentation.
- Lead a growing design team, while working under your own initiative.

- A market leading basic salary (dependent on previous experience/ track record).
