Job Title: M&E Project Director
Salary: £100,000 – £110,000 (Plus additional company benefits)

My client is a leading mechanical & electrical contractor, based across London & Southeast. The business has an annual T/O circa £100 million & offer a complete M&E solution to several leading blue-chip contractors; while predominantly operating across the commercial, hotel/ leisure, education & critical services markets. Due to multiple significant project wins, the business now has an exciting opening for a M&E Project Director.
Should you be successful in your application, you will play an integral role at senior management/ director level, while taking a “hands on” approach to project delivery. Based between head office & site, you will be responsible for overseeing a largescale commercial design & build scheme, located in the heart of London.
This is a fantastic career opportunity for an experienced M&E Project Lead/ Project Director, who is keen to gain exposure to flagship projects, while gaining the support of a cutting-edge M&E contractor.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Oversee a complete project lifecycle (Initial pre-construction through to final completion).
- Full commercial responsibility (costs of labour, procurement, final accounts etc.)
- Attend project meetings with clients, consultants, specialist contractors & internal teams.
- Build/ maintain relationships with end users, clients & supply chain
- Ensure projects are delivered in line with programme, budget & expectations.
