Job Title: M&E Project Lead
Salary: £75,000 – £90,000 (including additional company benefits)

My client is actively seeking a M&E Project Lead for their flagship project commercial new build in Central London. My client is a very well-established M&E contractor who are known for providing the most bespoke engineering services to the commercial and residential sectors whilst working in close conjunction with blue chip principal contractors.
The reason they are recruiting is due to consistent business growth and success on project wins. Due to the importance and size of the scheme. My client is looking to pay market leading salaries to obtain the correct candidate for the company. This is a great opportunity for someone to demonstrate their project management skills with progression guaranteed if the project is delivered smoothly, while working on a landmark development whilst being on a great salary.
Responsibilities/ Skills & Experience
- Manage a Commercial or residential experience £15 million +
- Ability to run a project from inception through to completion.
- Ideally the individual should have a minimum of 8 years’ experience working in a similar position.
- Administer procurement of sub-packages/contracts and materials.
- Liaising with clients over design variations.
- Managing full site team (including 3rd party subcontractors).
- Developing and maintaining excellent customer and full site team relationships.
- Guarantee projects are delivered to a high quality in line with the set specification and budget.
- Always ensuring health & safety is followed.
- Oversee weekly design, progress, and commercial meetings.
Remuneration Package
- A very competitive basic salary (dependent on previous experience/ track record).
