Job Title: M&E Project Manager (Electrical bias)
Salary/ Day Rate: £65,000 – £75,000 basic salary
Location: Southwest London/ Surrey

My client is a privately owned MEP contractor, with a strong nationwide presence. Since the early 2000’s, the business has developed a successful track record delivering quality driven M&E solutions to private and public sectors. They provide a broad range of in-house expertise, combined with a forward thinking/ quality driven project approach.
Due to a very health project orderbook, they now currently require a M&E Project Manager (Electrical bias), in conjunction with a commercial/ residential mixed-use project, located in the Southwest London & surrey region. This is a fantastic career opportunity for an experienced, Electrical Project Manager/ M&E Project Manager, to join a supportive business, with an outlined career progression path.
Responsibilities/ Skills & Experience
- Take “cradle to grave” project responsibility (Pre-construction through to final completion).
- Leading the complete project team throughout project duration.
- Working in conjunction with the pre-construction & commercial team to produce/ agree programme.
- Attend pre-order & weekly progress meetings.
- Review all technical M&E aspects of system proposals.
- Oversee & sign off invoices.
- Control installation and commissioning activities.
- Prepare & submit applications/ variations.
- Ensure the project is delivered in accordance with programme/ budget.

- A very competitive basic salary (dependent on previous experience).
