Job Title: M&E Project Manager
Salary: £70,000 – £75,000 basic salary (Plus additional company benefits)

My client is one of the UK’s leading MEP building services providers, with an annual T/O circa £75 million. Since the mid 1980’s the business has specialised in the design, development & delivery of innovative MEP solutions to the commercial, residential, hotel/ leisure, education & healthcare sectors.
Due to multiple notable project wins, my client now has an immediate requirement for a M&E Project Manager. Should you be successful in your application, you will be responsible for overseeing the full mechanical, electrical & public health services to a flagship mixed use development, due to commence in early 2022.
Responsibilities/ Skills & Experience
- Oversee a complete project lifecycle (Initial pre-construction through to final completion).
- Full commercial responsibility (costs of labour, procurement, final accounts etc.)
- Attend project meetings with clients, consultants, specialist contractors & internal teams.
- Build/ maintain relationships with end users, clients & supply chain
- Ensure projects are delivered in line with programme, budget & expectations.
