Job Title: M&E Project Manager
Salary/ Day Rate: £70,000 – £80,000 basic salary (Plus additional company benefits)

My client is a well renowned M&E building services contractor specialising in the complete design, construction & aftercare of mechanical, electrical & public health services. The business pride themselves on providing an engaging, transparent & non-confrontational approach to project delivery.
Due to various successful tenders, the business now has an immediate requirement for a M&E Project Manager. The successful applicant will be responsible for managing a £6 million residential/ commercial mixed-use development, located in heart of London. This opening is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced M&E Project Manager, to join a family orientated & supportive employer, while gaining exposure to complex projects across the London built environment.
Responsibilities/ Skills & Experience
- Leading the complete project team throughout project duration.
- Taking responsibility for the complete project lifecycle (Initial pre-construction, delivery, commissioning & handover)
- Working in conjunction with the pre-construction & commercial team to produce/ agree programme.
- Attend pre-order & weekly progress meetings.
- Review all technical mechanical/electrical aspects of system proposals.
- Oversee & sign off invoices.
- Control installation ad commissioning activities.
- Prepare & submit applications/ variations.
- Ensure the project is delivered in accordance with programme/ budget.
