Job Title: M&E Quantity Surveyor
Salary: £70,000 – £85,000 basic salary

My client is a large Tier 1 international M&E contractor, having gained significant experience across a wide range of construction sectors including commercial office, pharmaceutical, data centre & energy, healthcare and hotel/ leisure. Due to company growth, an opening has now arisen for a M&E Quantity Surveyor. The successful applicant will join a well-structured MEP commercial/ surveying team while playing an integral role on a flagship mixed-use development, valued at £40 million. This is a fantastic opportunity for a M&E Quantity Surveyor, with upwards of eight years industry experience to join a business that truly promotes staff development & collaborative working.
Skills & Responsibilities
- Ensuring the successful financial delivery of flagship M&E projects, through controlling costs, progressing monthly valuations and managing variations/ project changes.
- Liaise with all project team members including client, design consultant and subcontractors.
- Review site measurements, programme and work in progress reviews.
- Prepare monthly valuations in an accurate and timely manner.
- Ensure payments are received, as per agreed contract conditions.
Remuneration Package
- A market leading basic salary up to £85,000 (DOE).
- Reimbursed travel expenses.
