Job Title: M&E Revit Coordinator
Salary: £30,000 – £40,000 basic salary (including additional company benefits)
Location: Oxfordshire, Southeast England
Company Description
One of the UK’s most recognised MEP building services contractors are currently hiring a M&E Revit Coordinator, as a result of significant company growth. My client have a history spanning 50 years, where they now offer a complete one-stop MEP building services engineering solution to a broad range of main contractors and developers while covering the commercial office, education, heritage, hotel/ leisure & residential construction sectors.
Based at head office, the ideal individual will have upwards of three years M&E Revit coordination experience with a preference for a mechanical bias. In return, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role as part of a well-structured preconstruction team whereby receiving a tailored career progression path and long term job security.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Demonstrating a strong working knowledge of AutoCAD & Revit (three years minimum).
- Provide all CAD & modelling services to project delivery teams.
- Provide a drawing release programme at the beginning of each project.
- Preparation of all coordinated drawings, schematics and record drawings.
- Ensure mark-up drawings are provided from site in a timely manner, in turn enabling record drawings to be prepared in line with a seamless project delivery.
Remuneration Package
- A market leading basic salary up to £40,000.
