Job Title: Mechanical Commissioning Manager
Salary: €80,000 – €90,000 basic salary (Plus additional company benefits)

A globally recognised built environment contractor, are currently seeking a Senior Mechanical Commissioning Manager. Over the last 20 years, the business has successfully designed, developed and constructed some of the most iconic skyscrapers/ landmarks while challenging the status quo. My client has grown to a group turnover more than £500 million, while providing efficient and innovative solutions to the infrastructure, commercial, residential, healthcare, education & critical services sectors.
Due to European growth, my client now has an upcoming requirement for a senior mechanically biased Commissioning Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Mechanical Commissioning Manager, to join a business providing endless progression, opportunities and support.
Responsibilities/ Skills & Experience
- Manage and develop project specific MEP commissioning/ validation documentation and procedures.
- Review and modify design drawings, O&M manuals, technical submittals, method statements & risk assessments.
- Oversee project scope & ensure key dates are adhered too.
- Undertake hands on M&E commissioning work as necessary.
- Maintain and manage project financials.
- Act as a representative at relevant design, internal and client progress meetings.
- Work both individually and proactively support other members of the project team.
- Work in a diligent, efficient and safe manner.
