Job Title: Mechanical Construction Manager
Salary: £50,000 – £60,000 (Plus additional company benefits)

My client is a privately owned M&E contractor, based across London and South East England. They have developed a successful track record for completing several high-profile mechanical/ electrical projects, across the commercial, residential, hotel/ leisure & healthcare sectors. The business strives to continually improve, and they are predicting strong growth over the coming years.
Due to securing multiple significant tenders, they now require a Mechanical Construction Manager, with commercial plumbing installations/ public health experience. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Mechanical Site Manager/ Mechanical Construction Manager to join a leading M&E contractor, offering a competitive basic salary & career stability.
Responsibilities/ Skills & Experience
- Managing site based mechanical trade contractors.
- Ensuring safe management and control of mechanical services installation & ensuring works. are carried out in accordance with procedures/ processes.
- QA/ QC.
- Weekly progress & performance reports.
- Attending daily & weekly progress meetings.
- Acting as a client point of contact.
