Job Title: Mechanical Construction Manager
Salary/ Day Rate: £55,000 – £65,000 basic salary (Plus additional company benefits)
Location: Southwest London

My client is a nationally recognised mechanical building services contractor, with more than 25 years’ experience across the construction industry. The business has a significant portfolio within the commercial office, hotel/ leisure, residential, data centre & healthcare sectors. Since inception they have continued to grow & currently T/O circa £15 million.
Due to an extremely healthy pipeline of work for the coming years, they now have an immediate requirement for a Mechanical Construction Manager. This career opportunity will suit an experienced Mechanical Site Manager/ Construction Manager, who is keen to join a family orientated business offering long term growth & internal progression.
Responsibilities/ Skills & Experience
- Managing site based mechanical trade contractors.
- Ensuring safe management and control of mechanical services installation & ensuring works. are carried out in accordance with procedures/ processes.
- QA/ QC.
- Weekly progress & performance reports.
- Attending daily & weekly progress meetings.
- Acting as a client point of contact.
