Job Title: Mechanical Construction Manager
Salary/ Day Rate: £55,000 – £60,000 basic salary (Including company benefits)

My client is a specialist mechanical, electrical and public health building services contractor, located in the heart of London. Since inception the business have designed and constructed amazing spaces for commercial clients across multiple specialist sectors. The business has a current T/O circa £50 million, combined with an extremely healthy pipeline of work. Due to organic business growth, the business is now actively recruiting a Mechanical Construction Manager, to join a driven & dynamic operational delivery team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Mechanical Site Manager/ Construction Manager to join a cutting-edge M&E contractor, while gaining exposure to flagship developments across the City of London.
Responsibilities/ Skills & Experience
- Managing site based mechanical trade contractors.
- Ensuring safe management and control of mechanical services installation & ensuring works. are carried out in accordance with procedures/ processes.
- QA/ QC.
- Weekly progress & performance reports.
- Attending daily & weekly progress meetings.
- Stakeholder and client engagement.
Remuneration Package
- A highly competitive basic salary (dependent on previous experience/ track record).
