Job Title: Mechanical Construction Manager
Salary: £60,000 – £70,000 (Plus Industry leading packages)

I am currently recruiting on behalf of a tier one Mechanical & Electrical Contractor who dominate the major commercial projects sector in London. Due to a strong pipeline for their London projects, they are looking for a Mechanical construction manager to be the number two on site to report to the Project Director for their flagship £50 million M&E commercial scheme shell and score & CAT-A fit out in South London.
This is a great opportunity to become part of one of the largest growing building services contractors in the London commercial project delivery sector. They are looking for someone wo is looking to go above and beyond and look for promotions in the coming years due to the growth and room for expansion in the business. The project location has extremely convenient access to most stations within London.
Responsibilities/ Skills & Experience
- Be the Project Directors eyes and ears on the commercial site.
- Engaging with and attending meetings with the Project Management team.
- Managing and overseeing the construction plans.
- Ensuring the project is always within time constraints and budgets.
- Managing and developing relationships with your teams
- Liaising on behalf of the company with the client.
- Provide Weekly and monthly plans and forecasts.
Remuneration Package
- A very competitive basic salary (dependent on previous experience/ track record).
