Job Title: Mechanical Contracts Manager
Salary: £80,000 – £100,000 (Plus additional company benefits)

An industry leading, dynamic Mechanical & Electrical building services contractor located within Central London, are now recruiting a Mechanical Contracts Manager due to Several Central London project wins with the prospect of continuing their market leading business growth for the foreseeable years.
This opening will require a client facing candidate that is keen to progress their career for the long term who goes above and beyond to make sure their project is completed within the correct time and financial budgets. As my client are one of most well-known commercial design & build providers, they are looking for a Contracts Manager who can handle running multiple commercial fit out and shell & core schemes valued from £5 million to £50 million from Kensington to Stratford.
This is a great opening for a strong Contracts manager of Senior Project Manager to have direct communication with the Operations Director in their head offices located to make a name for themselves with the building services industry.
Responsibilities/ Skills & Experience
- Ideally the individual should have a minimum of 10 years’ experience working in a similar position.
- Administer procurement of sub-packages/contracts and materials
- Weekly meeting with the Operations Director.
- Ability to co-ordinate multiple projects valued upwards of £15 million M&E.
- Liaising with clients over design variations
- Managing full site team (including 3rd party subcontractors)
- Developing and maintaining excellent customer and full site team relationships
- Ensure projects are delivered to a high quality in line with the set specification and budget.
- Always ensuring health & safety is followed.
- overseeing weekly design, progress, and commercial meetings
