My client an established FM provider are currently on the lookout for an experienced Mechanical engineer to carry out a maintenance role on a shift basis in the Central London area.

This is a day’s and night’s shift role therefore the ideal candidate will need a lifestyle that can accommodate this long term. Day to Day tasks will consist of:
- FCU servicing
- AHU servicing
- Plant Room checks
- Flushing
- Plumbing repairs
- General Building Maintenance
The salary on offer for this position is £45,000 per annum with OT opportunities available
