Are you a Mechanical Engineer looking for a new challenge? An exciting opportunity to join an established Building Services company based at a fantastic site in Covent Garden, Central London.
I am currently recruiting for a Mechanical Engineer to carry out planned and reactive commercial maintenance based at a static site in Central london.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of mechanical maintenance and have experience working in facilities management within building services.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Planned and reactive maintenance
- Pumps and motors
- Maintenance on AHUs and FCUs
- Heat Exchangers
- Water treatment
- Cooling towers
- Chillers
Hours of Work & Package Information
- £40,000 per annum
- Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm
- 20 days holiday + Bank Holidays
- Training and progression opportunities
Requirements
- Mechanically qualified, ideally City and Guilds NVQ Level 2 or 3
- Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
- A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
- Multi-skilled
- Good communication skills
