Are you a Mechanical Engineer looking for a new challenge? An exciting opportunity to join an established Building Services company based at a fantastic site in Kings Cross.
I am currently recruiting for a Mechanical Engineer to join a large team of engineers to carry out planned and reactive commercial maintenance based at a Commercial site.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of mechanical maintenance and have experience working in facilities management within building services.

- PPM (Planned preventative maintenance) & Reactive maintenance
- Mechanical Fault-Finding
- Emergency Lighting
- Fire Alarms
- BMS Operation
- AHUs
- FCUs
- Pumps
- Motors
- Water Treatment
Qualifications & Experience
- City & Guilds Level 3 or equivalent – Mechanical
- Experience working within a client-facing environment
- Building services experience
