Are you a Mechanical Engineer looking for a new challenge?
An exciting opportunity to join an established Building Services company based at a landmark building in the City of London.
You will be joining an established team of engineers working on the landlord areas of the building. Duties will include reactive and planned maintenance on AHUs, FCUs, cooling towers, etc.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Planned and reactive maintenance – HVAC, Mechanical & Electrical
- Pumps and motors
- Maintenance on AHUs and FCUs
- Water treatment
- Cooling towers
- Basic electrical understanding of systems
Hours of Work & Package Information
- £41,000 per annum
- Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm
- 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays

Requirements
- City & Guilds Level 3 Mechanical / Heating & Ventilation
- Strong mechanical understanding
- A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
- Basic electrical knowledge
- Good communication skills
