Are you a Mechanical Engineer bored in your current role and looking for a new challenge? An exciting opportunity to join an established Building Services company based at a fantastic site in Westminster.
I am currently recruiting for a Mechanical Engineer to carry out planned and reactive commercial maintenance based at a Commercial static site in Westminster.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of mechanical maintenance and have experience working in facilities management within building services.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Planned and reactive maintenance – HVAC, Mechanical & Electrical
- Pumps and motors
- Resistance tests on pumps and motors
- Maintenance on AHUs and FCUs
- HVAC
- Cooling systems
- Heat exchangers
- Water treatment
- Cooling towers
- Chillers
- Diesel pumps
- Basic electrical understanding of systems
Hours of Work & Package Information
- £45,000 per annum
- Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm
- 20 days holiday + Bank Holidays

Requirements
- Strong mechanical understanding
- A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
