An exciting opportunity to join a Building Services company based at a fantastic site St Pauls, in the City of London, as a Mechanical Day Engineer.
The role will be working at a high profile, blue-chip building within the large team of engineers, carrying out planned and reactive commercial maintenance.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Planned and reactive maintenance – HVAC, Mechanical & Electrical
- Pumps and motors
- Resistance tests on pumps and motors
- Maintenance on AHUs and FCUs
- Cooling systems
- Heat exchangers
- Water treatment
- Chillers
- Basic electrical understanding of systems
Hours of Work & Package Information
- £45,000 – £48,000 Depending On Experience
- Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm
- 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays

Requirements
- Strong mechanical understanding
- A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
- Basic electrical knowledge
- Good communication skills
