Are you a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer within experience in Commercial Building Services?
We are currently recruiting for a Mechanical Building Services Engineer to work in a commercial office premises in the heart of London (Closest station Liverpool Street) to carry out PPM’s and Reactive maintenance duties of the Landlord areas of the property.
You will be part of a team of 4. Technical duties will include: AHUs / FCUs (belt changes, filter changes, coil cleans), pumps, motors, valves, hot/cold water systems, plant checks, boiler resets, chiller checks, fire alarm/sprinkler tests. lamps, ballasts, emergency lighting, plumbing etc.
On Offer:
- £38,000 basic salary
- Monday – Friday, 07:00am – 4:00pm / 10:00am – 7:00pm (alternative weeks).

Requirements:
- Experience within commercial building maintenance.
- Experience working with plant equipment.
- City and Guilds Level 2 qualified or equivalent.
- Able to work the hours advertised in the location advertised.
