Mechanical Maintenance Engineer | City of London | £38,000 | Monday to Friday
Are you an experienced Mechanical Maintenance Engineer? Do you have experience working within high end corporate environments?
We are currently recruiting for a Mechanical Building Services Engineer to work around the Fenchurch Street area to be based in a commercial office building. This is working within a team of 2, carrying out PPM’s and Reactive Maintenance.
Hands on duties include; AHUs/FCUs (filter changes, belt changes, coil cleans), pumps, motors, boiler resets, chiller checks, hot/cold water systems, basic water treatment, chilled beams, AC units, fire alarm/sprinkler tests, BMS monitoring etc.
Package:
- £38,000 basic salary
- Monday to Friday, 07:00am to 4:00pm / 10:00am to 7:00pm (alternating weeks)

Requirements:
- City and Guilds Level 2 or equivalent
- Experience within commercial maintenance
