This is an excellent opportunity for a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join a team of engineers on a fantastic static site in Holborn. The ideal candidate will be Mechanically qualified (Level 3) and experienced within building services.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Planned and reactive maintenance
- Pumps and motors
- HIU experience
- Maintenance on AHUs and FCUs
- Heat Exchangers
- Cooling Towers
- Water treatment
- Plumbing
- Chillers
Qualifications & Experience
- City & Guilds Mechanical Qualification – or equivalent
- Experience working within a client-facing environment
- Building services experience
