Job Title: Mechanical Project Director
Salary: £100,000 – £115,000 basic salary (plus additional company benefits)
Location: Central London (Zones 1-2)

I am working in conjunction with a leading mechanical & electrical services contractor who have a strong presence across London & South East. The business has a developed a successful track record, delivering a complete project delivery across the commercial, residential, healthcare, critical services & hotel/ leisure industry. My client offers a full M&E solution, delivering both single discipline/ multi discipline projects at equal strength. Due to consistent growth, the business require a Mechanical Project Director to join the operations team. Working between head office & site, this is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced project lead to further progress their career.
Responsibilities/ Skills & Experience
- Oversee a complete project lifecycle (Pre-construction through to final completion)
- Full commercial responsibility
- Liaise and communicate with estimating, pre-construction, commercial & contract teams
- Full client liaison
- Ensure projects are delivered in accordance with programme, budget & expectations
Remuneration Package
- A highly competitive basic salary (dependent on previous experience/ track record)
