Job Title: Mechanical Project Engineer
Salary: £80,000 – £85,000 (including additional company benefits)

I’m seeking a Mechanical Project Engineer on behalf of an Internationally dominant M&E contractor who are known for delivering prestige Healthcare, critical services, data centre, commercial and infrastructure schemes in the UK and Europe. They are looking for an Engineer with a proven track record of delivering projects of these natures with MEP Project values ranging from £10 million upwards as the role you will be brought on for is a Major Healthcare development in Oxford.
This project will set the standard for specialist lab spaces and building systems for years to come. Hence why the individual will need to be competent in their ability and have the drive to deliver projects to the best of their ability as my client strives for a polished delivery, client interaction and handover.

Responsibilities/ Skills & Experience
- Ideally the individual should have a minimum of 8 years’ experience working in a similar position.
- Large commercial, data centre, healthcare & infrastructure project experience.
- Administer procurement of sub-packages/contracts and materials.
- Project experience £10million+
- Liaising with clients over design variations.
- Managing full site team (including 3rd party subcontractors).
- Developing and maintaining excellent customer and full site team relationships.
- Ensure projects are delivered to a high quality in line with the set specification and budget.
- Always ensuring health & safety is followed.
- Ensuring professionalism is always adhered to.
- Overseeing weekly design, progress, and commercial meetings.
