Job Title: Mechanical Project Manager
Salary: £60,000 – £65,000 basic salary (Plus additional company benefits)

My client is a leading M&E contractor, based in Central & South London. Established in the mid 1990’s, the business has delivered complete M&E solutions to several Tier 1 blue chip clients such as Mace, Multiplex & Lend Lease to name a few. They pride themselves on providing an unparalleled level of service and partnered approach, highlighted through client retention.
Due to successful business growth, they now require a Mechanical Project Manager, based between office & site. The ideal individual is expected to oversee 1-3 live project simultaneously, with M&E project values ranging between £1 million – £5 million. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to join a market leading M&E contractor, while gaining exposure across several landmark developments.
Responsibilities
- Leading the complete project team throughout project duration.
- Taking responsibility for the complete project lifecycle (Initial pre-construction, delivery, commissioning & handover).
- Working in conjunction with the pre-construction & commercial team to produce/ agree programme.
- Attend pre-order & weekly progress meetings.
- Review all technical mechanical aspects of system proposals.
- Oversee & sign off invoices.
- Control installation ad commissioning activities.
- Prepare & submit applications/ variations.
- Ensure the project is delivered in accordance with programme/ budget.
