Job Title: Mechanical Project Manager
Salary: £70,000 – £75,000 basic salary (Plus additional company benefits)

My client is a leading MEP contractor specialising in the design & installation of mechanical, electrical, public health & prefabrication projects. Since the mid 1970’s, my client has delivered projects across the residential, commercial, hospitality, education & healthcare sectors. The business has an annual T/O circa £60 million and multiple offices across the UK.
Due to consistent growth & several successful tenders, my client now has an upcoming requirement for a Mechanical Project Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to further progress their career, while employed with a team orientated and dynamic building services contractor.
Responsibilities/ Skills & Experience
- Manage the full project lifecycle (Pre-construction through to final completion).
- Taking commercial responsibility (costs of labour, procurement, final accounts etc.)
- Liaise and communicate with estimating, pre-construction, commercial & contract teams.
- Full client liaison.
- Ensure Health & Safety is adhered too.
