Job Title: Mechanical Project Manager
Salary: £65,000 – £70,000 basic salary (Plus additional company benefits)
Location: London & surrounding home counties.

One of the UK’s leading M&E contractors are currently recruiting a Mechanical Project Manager, to be based between London and surrounding home counties. The business has a fantastic reputation for delivering extremely high quality of service across the commercial, education, healthcare, hotel/ leisure and residential sectors. They pride themselves on providing a “complete MEP solution” from initial feasibility studies through to construction completion/ aftercare.
Due to a very healthy pipeline of work and predicted growth, they now require a Mechanical Project Manager to join the business in Q1 of 2022. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Mechanical Project Manager, to join a business that puts their employees first while offering unlimited career progression.
Responsibilities/ Skills & Experience
- Leading the complete project team throughout project duration.
- Taking responsibility for the complete project lifecycle (Initial pre-construction, delivery, commissioning & handover).
- Working in conjunction with the pre-construction & commercial team to produce/ agree programme.
- Attend pre-order & weekly progress meetings.
- Review all technical mechanical aspects of system proposals.
- Oversee & sign off invoices.
- Control installation ad commissioning activities.
- Prepare & submit applications/ variations.
- Ensure the project is delivered in accordance with programme/ budget.

- A market leading basic salary (dependent on previous experience/ track record).
