Job Title: Mechanical Project Manager
Salary: £75,000 – £95,000 (including additional company benefits)

I’m currently seeking on behalf of one of the UK’s largest Main and M&E Contractor who are looking for a client facing and technically astute Mechanical Project Manager to take responsibility of an industry leading High-end residential scheme in the North of Central London. The company in question provide a wide range of services to the commercial, residential/luxury apartments, healthcare, banking, educational and pharmaceutical industries across both the UK and Europe. This opening is a great chance to establish your name within the industry working on flagship developments and play a key part in a flagship development In the heart of the country.
Responsibilities/ Skills & Experience
- You will need to be an experienced Mechanical Project Manager, or similar role, i.e., Mechanical Contracts Manager, with a successful track record of managing and delivering projects on time and within budget
- Experience in managing projects upwards of £5 million
- Possess a good understanding of Health, Safety and Environmental procedures
- Procurement and management of sub-contractors
- Having previous experience working for a Main Contractor
- Strong commercial and financial experience
- Effective communication and leadership skills
- Excellent clients facing skills
- Industry Standard HVAC / Heating and Plumbing, or Mechanical Engineering / Building Services Qualifications and Certificates
Remuneration Package
- A very competitive basic salary (dependent on previous experience/ track record).
- Fully expensed travel.
