Job Title: Mechanical Project Manager
Salary: £80,000 – £95,000 (including additional company benefits)

I’m currently recruiting on behalf of one of the Tier One M&E Contractor’s in London due to consistent growth within the company despite the economic fall in recent times for one of their Central London Flagship Projects. They are known for providing the design and installation of mechanical and electrical systems to numerous work sectors including commercial offices, Critical Financial, Data Centres (predominantly West London) and Education.
They are looking for a Mechanical Project Manager with previous experience working for a Tier One M&E or Principal Contractor who is confident with leading a project from the beginning of construction all the way through to handover on a scheme in the range of £3-£10m+ as a flagship scheme needs flagship experience on similar schemes. This is a great opportunity for a confident project manager to help continue set the standards of construction in London for a reputable, established M&E Contractor who not only care about the quality of their projects delivered but also the quality of their employee’s by providing industry leading remuneration packages.
Responsibilities/ Skills & Experience
- Ideally the individual should have a minimum of 8 years’ experience working in a similar position.
- Large commercial, data centre or educational project experience.
- Administer procurement of sub-packages/contracts and materials.
- Project experience £3 – £10million+
- Liaising with clients over design variations.
- Managing full site team (including 3rd party subcontractors).
- Developing and maintaining excellent customer and full site team relationships.
- Ensure projects are delivered to a high quality in line with the set specification and budget.
- Always ensuring health & safety is followed.
- Ensuring professionalism is always adhered to.
- Overseeing weekly design, progress, and commercial meetings.
Remuneration Package
