Job Title: Mechanical Project Manager
Salary: £80,000 – £95,000 (including additional company benefits)

I’m recruiting on behalf of one of the leading M&E contractors in the UK that dominate the London commercial, data centre, critical services, and pharmaceutical sectors. They are recruiting due to a very strong pipeline of large major works that need experienced Project Managers to successfully their jobs ranged between £15 – £100 million M&E package value.
The project is a Major long term Critical Services scheme on the border of Hertfordshire and North London with easy transport links from both London and parts of Hertfordshire. Th project is currently in the early stages of design and will set the standard for Projects like this for years to come on behalf of a globally recognised end user.
This is a great opportunity for an Established Project Manager or Contracts Manager to run one of the most prestigious and exciting schemes in the coming years.
Responsibilities/ Skills & Experience
- Ideally the individual should have a minimum of 9 years’ experience working in a similar position.
- Large commercial, data centre, pharmaceutical and infrastructure project experience.
- Administer procurement of sub-packages/contracts and materials.
- Project experience £10 – £50million+
- Liaising with clients over design variations.
- Managing full site team (including 3rd party subcontractors).
- Developing and maintaining excellent customer and full site team relationships.
- Ensure projects are delivered to a high quality in line with the set specification and budget.
- Always ensuring health & safety is followed.
- Ensuring professionalism is always adhered to.
- Overseeing weekly design, progress, and commercial meetings.
Remuneration Package
- A very competitive basic salary (dependent on previous experience/ track record).
