Job Title: Lead Mechanical Project Manager
Salary: £75,000 – £90,000 (including additional company benefits)

I’m seeking a Mechanical Project Manager with lots of major project’s experience on behalf of a market leading building services contractor who placed extremely highly on the BESA top 30 M&E contractors report in 2022. This growth has continued into 2023 and my client have recently won an industry recognised high rise commercial new build project in the Central London area valued circa £170 million M&E.
This is a great opportunity for an extremely experience Mechanical Project Manager to grow with one of the best contractors in the UK and increase their earnings as my client have told me that project success will equate to unheard of project bonus’.

Responsibilities/ Skills & Experience
- You will need to be an experienced Mechanical Project Manager, or similar role, i.e., Mechanical Contracts Manager, with a successful track record of managing and delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Experience in managing projects upwards of £50 million.
- Possess a good understanding of Health, Safety and Environmental procedures.
- Procurement and management of sub-contractors
- Strong commercial and financial experience
- Effective communication and leadership skills
- Excellent clients facing skills.
- Industry Standard HVAC / Heating and Plumbing, or Mechanical Engineering / Building Services Qualifications and Certificates
Remuneration Package
- A very competitive basic salary (dependent on previous experience/ track record).
