Job Title: Mechanical Project Manager
Salary: £80,000 – £95,000 (including additional company benefits)

I’m currently recruiting an experienced Mechanical Project Manager in partnership with one of the UK’s most highly regarded M&E design & build contractors. My client is dynamic and rapidly expanding business who are currently operating in the London commercial office, critical services, hotel & leisure & mixed-use facilities sectors with average project values ranging from £5 – 40 million M&E.
Having secured themselves as a tier one contractor in London, they are looking to continue this growth as they have secured an extremely strong pipeline of projects for the coming years. Hence, they are now looking for a Mechanical Project Manager who has had experience working with tier one/ blue-chip contractors in the London fit out market.
This role presents a fantastic career opportunity for an individual to progress their career while also gaining exposure to some of London’s most prestigious projects that will be great to add to the CV.
Responsibilities/ Skills & Experience
- Ideally the individual should have a minimum of 8 years’ experience working in a similar position.
- Overseeing procurement of sub-packages/contracts and materials
- Liaising with clients over design variations
- Managing full site team (including 3rd party subcontractors)
- Ensure projects are delivered to a high quality in line with the set specification and budget
- Always ensuring health & safety is followed
- Managing weekly design, progress, and commercial meetings
