Job Title: Mechanical Project Manager
Location: South West London
Salary: Up to £100,000 + Package

We are working with a prestigious Tier One M&E Contractor delivering complex, high-value engineering projects across London. The business is currently leading a £30m critical services design & build scheme in Southwest London on a two-year programme, alongside a strong pipeline of secured work.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead and promote a strong Health & Safety culture on site
- Manage mechanical design from concept through to completion
- Support pre-construction planning, programming and procurement strategies
- Oversee mechanical procurement and supply chain activities
- Take full ownership of mechanical delivery on site
- Manage budgets, forecasts, variations and value engineering opportunities
- Implement and maintain robust quality assurance procedures
- Lead, mentor and develop engineers, supervisors and site teams
- Build strong relationships with clients, consultants and stakeholders
- Drive delivery in line with the master programme
- Oversee testing, commissioning and final handover
About You
- Proven experience delivering large-scale mechanical or MEP projects
- Strong technical, commercial and leadership skills
- Background with Tier One M&E contractors is preferred
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management ability
- Track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
