Job Title: Mechanical Project Manager
Salary/ Day Rate: £300 – £350 per day (Including additional company benefits)

My client is a well-established & independently owned MEP contractor. The business offer a full mechanical & electrical solution to some of the UK’s leading construction companies. Since entering the industry over 20 years ago they have achieved continued growth, while also working on multiple prestigious/ landmark developments. The company’s ethos includes quality of service while maintaining a partnered approach. Due to recent business expansion, they are now seeking a mechanical project manager to oversee a high-end development in the heart of London.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Managing all mechanically associated trade contractors
- Ensure works are carried out to a high standard and in line with budget & programme on site
- Assist the site team with any technical queries
Qualifications, Experience & Knowledge
- My client is open to individuals from a time served apprentice or academic background
- Effective planning & project management skills
- Strong financial acumen
- Good written/ verbal communicational skills
