Job Title: Mechanical Site Manager
Salary: £40,000 – £50,000 basic salary (plus additional company benefits)
Location: Southern home counties/ South Coast

My client is a forward-thinking M&E contractor, with a strong presence across London & surrounding home counties. The business specialise in delivering a diverse range of projects ranging across the healthcare, commercial fit out, hotel/ leisure & end user sectors. They pride themselves on providing a collaborative & coordinated approach to clientele.
Due to securing a place on a significant/ prestigious framework, the business now requires a Mechanical Site Manager, based in South England. This role is a great opportunity for an experienced Mechanical Supervisor/ Site Manager, to join a reputable M&E contractor offering stability and career progression.
Responsibilities
- Managing site based mechanical trade contractors.
- Ensuring safe management and control of mechanical services installation & ensuring works. are carried out in accordance with procedures/ processes.
- QA/ QC.
- Weekly progress & performance reports.
- Attending daily & weekly progress meetings.
- Acting as a client point of contact.
Remuneration Package
