Job Title: Mechanical Site Manager
Salary: £55,000 – £65,000 basic salary (Plus additional company benefits)

Company Description
My client is a tier one M&E design/ installation services contractor, located in the City of London. The business predominantly operates across the commercial shell & core/ fit out, hotel, leisure & data centre markets. Typically, projects are located within London zones 1-6, while valued between £10 million – £50 million.
Due to an extremely healthy project orderbook, the business now has a requirement for a Mechanical Site Manager. This job opening, is a fantastic opportunity for a career driven Mechanical Site Manager, who is seeking further career progression while gaining exposure to a flagship commercial shell & core development, based in Central London.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Managing site based mechanical trade contractors.
- Ensuring safe management and control of mechanical services installation & ensuring works are carried out in accordance with procedures/ processes.
- QA/ QC
- Weekly progress & performance reports
Qualifications, Experience & Knowledge
- My client is open to individuals from a time served apprentice or academic background.
- At least 5 years’ experience working in a similar position.
- Extensive knowledge across managing the installation of bulk mechanical plant.
- Strong written & verbal communicational skills.
