Salary: £55,000 – £65,000 (including additional company benefits)

I am currently recruiting a Mechanical Project Engineer, on behalf of an established market leading Mechanical & Electrical Building Services Contractor that provide the design, installation, and commissioning of mechanical and electrical systems to numerous work sectors such as commercial offices, data centres, banking establishments, residential, educational, and pharmaceutical laboratories widely spread across the United Kingdom. Following a very successful year, they have continued to secure an exceptional pipeline for the upcoming future and are now looking for a target driven, and career focused Mechanical Construction Manager to manage operations in one of the UK’s flagship developments for the upcoming year. Responsibilities/ Skills & Experience
- Ensure health and safety standards are constantly being maintained, and challenge and rectify any unsafe practices.
- Provide leadership to site personnel and be hands-on with both colleagues and clients, to ensure they work well with all involved.
- Maintain the highest level of quality and ensure the consistency of the QA system.
- Monitoring the progress of site works and reporting the status against the programme, providing precise and clear reporting back to the client.
- Keep an accurate record of all project location activities such as progress, daily labour returns, deliveries, visitors, and diaries.
- Develop and feedback improvements for standard operating procedures.
Remuneration Package
