Job Title: Mechanical Site Manager
Day Rate (Freelance): Negotiable (Dependent on experience)

Company Description
My client is a specialist MEP contractor who have been in business for over 10 years. The company specialise in providing a full project turnkey solution across the commercial, infrastructure, leisure, hotel & critical services sectors. Due to ongoing projects, they are seeking a mechanical supervisor on a short-term freelance basis.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
Should you be successful in your application you will be responsible for the following:
- Managing site based mechanical trade contractors.
- Ensuring safe management and control of mechanical services installation & ensuring works are carried out in accordance with procedures/ processes.
- QA/ QC
- Weekly progress & performance reports
Qualifications, Experience & Knowledge
- My client is open to individuals from a time served apprentice or academic background
- At least 5 years’ experience working in a similar position
- Extensive knowledge across managing the installation of bulk mechanical plant
- Strong written & verbal communicational skills.
