Day Rate: £225 – £260 p/day

My client is a privately owned M&E contractor, based in Central London. Since inception, they have delivered several high-end mechanical/ electrical projects across the commercial, residential, hotel/ leisure & healthcare sectors.
Due to business growth, they now require a Mechanical Supervisor/ Site Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Mechanical Supervisor/ Mechanical Site Manager Manager, to join a well renowned M&E contractor, offering a competitive freelance day rate & long-term stability.
Responsibilities/ Skills & Experience
- Managing direct labour (Ranging between 5 – 25 men).
- Ensuring safe management and control of mechanical services installation.
- Weekly progress & performance reports.
- Attending daily/ weekly progress meetings.
- Acting as a client point of contact.
